So good, so many fantastic plays, so fun to re-watch and re-live! Seth, your analysis, AND your writing, are as superb as in the beginning, if not better. Thank you for the passion and everything!
Seth, thank you for all you do. You offer a very unique, every day kinda guy, perspective to our favorite team. Your knowledge and how you break down film is very impressive but you are able to express that knowledge to people who are not football coaches and it's fun to read. Keep up the good work!!
My theory is, there's $X worth of demand for high-quality Chiefs content, and that holds true at a $50/year price point, or a $12/year price point. The only difference is, with a $12/year price point, you have 4x as many people reading/sharing your content.
I love the way you write about it Seth. Informative, fun, definitely more fun during this little dynasty.
You write like a fan, not a journalist and that is meant as a compliment. The passion comes through and yes you have Chief colored glasses, but most that subscribe are also that way. Happy for your success!
Congratulations on all your accomplishments, Seth! Even if the Chiefs were terrible, I’d still subscribe because I enjoy your writing and commentary. Let’s hope they stay un-terrible for many years to come.
Seth, happy anniversary from Chiefs Kingdom!! Your writing and passion has allowed me to deepen my love and understanding of my favorite team (dynasty?) and football in general. You are truly a blessing! May God bless you and your family! AND THE CHIEFS!!
Seth, thanks for a tidal wave of Chiefs insight. You are the dealer that feeds my Red addiction. How about seeing if you can join the Red, Gold & Bold podcast? You would make it even greater. Or just start a new one with any subset of Soren, Eric or Jeff?
That would be an excellent podcast (although I'm not sure how four guys on a pod would work) but Seth will never do it. I think he would see it as a betrayal to Nate & Josh. Would be great, though.
Congratulations and thank you for three years of incredible Chiefs coverage! You have a unique way of objectively evaluating things that are largely subjective (player evaluations in particular) in a way that non football people can understand. Here’s hoping your media presence continues to grow!
The emails went out (though the confetti got delayed from being sent in a LONG story that would bore you) to the winners already! But once I get those sent out we'll do another giveaway soon :)
This is a great community, Seth, and I appreciate the banter in the comments. But make no mistake, you are the straw that stirs the drink. You have become my favorite source of Chiefs content and it's no contest. I enjoy your writing style, but maybe the bigger thing is how much I learn about the game from you. We are all here because your articles are illuminating and your writing style is compelling. Obviously we can't trust outlets like The Athletic not to pull the plug on things so I'm thankful you did the Substack thing.
Seth, it's not just a great time to write about the Chiefs. It's a great time to read about them too, especially in articles like this one. Thank you!
Thank YOU!
Happy anniversary and thanks! Those plays will never get old.
There's always something new to appreciate about them!
Happy CITN anniversary! Seth each article is still an immediate must read. You’re not keeping up the quality, you’re getting better. Cheers.
You're very kind, and appreciated!

Thanks Brad! Here's to many more years!

I really appreciate that Randy, that's the goal! Thanks so much!
The only problem I've ever had with this newsletter is that it's woefully underpriced. <3

hahaha I appreciate you! One day the coupon may go away (though the price will never change for those who have utilized it), we'll see!

Heh, I appreciate you! Thanks for the kind words!

Congrats on 3 years Seth! Thanks for assembling this group of Chiefs-obsessed, yet rational people! It's fun sharing ideas with ya'll!
I'm not sure how I feel about being called rational.
Right? Presumptuous.
You don't know me very well....rational...😆😅🤣
Hey, you DO know your Texas Toast!
Of course...that's essential....😁
I am rational about grilling and smoking ....and I do get emotional about it too....😭
Read my CITN profile…👌
I read it....we need to talk grilling and smoking some time 😁
Happy anniversary Seth. Looking forward to many more.
Thanks Ron!

I already appear with Soren every week during the season on 810! :)
Agree…and I always listen. But you would be great with any/all of those other football gurus.

Thanks Scott, and I appreciate all the support!
Seth who won the prizes you were giving out?
The emails went out (though the confetti got delayed from being sent in a LONG story that would bore you) to the winners already! But once I get those sent out we'll do another giveaway soon :)
So there's a chance???
Lol
I didn't see any email from you?!...must have gotten lost
ooohhhh it's awkward... it's so awkward...
Well....if you hadn't told me my post was living rent free in your head, I probably wouldn't expect an email....😄😁😆😅🤣
Honestly..no joking...I didn't expect one.....my reward was the free rent 😁
Couldn't follow the Chiefs without you, your insight and voice are essential parts of my Chiefs fandom! (Speaking of, Times Ours when? Lol)
Monday we're back, for real this time hahaha. Thanks so much!

That means a great deal to me Joe! It's been fun getting to know you here in the comments, and I appreciate how active you are!
What can I say? Jesus loves me. A lot. Like a lot a lot. So at least I have that going for me.
