Keys to Chiefs/Bills and Patrick Mahomes wild card film review
Two articles for the price of one!
It’s been a pretty crazy week at the day job, and obviously a crazy week in Chiefs coverage. And it feels like there’s never enough time to talk about all the things worth talking about.
While I’ve been able to write about the physicality of this year’s Chiefs, Nick Bolton’s career game, and Steve Spagnuolo dominating Miami, I haven’t had time to write about remotely all the topics I’d like to address. McDuffie and Sneed dominating Miami’s receivers overall and being key to the run game. Charles Omenihu and George Karlaftis providing complementary pass rush. The offensive line turning in a dominant performance (albeit against a very injured MIA defense). Rashee Rice seeing his role grow yet again (our friends over at
covered that quite well, though!).It’s unfortunate and a good microcosm as to how the world works; There’s never enough time to do everything you want. But you know what there IS time for? To talk about the keys to Chiefs/Bills AND review Patrick Mahomes’ film from the wild card round.
That’s right, we’re doing two for the price of one today! I’ll look at some of the key things I’m watching for in Chiefs/Bills (similar to how I did prior to Chiefs/Dolphins, which in my not super humble opinion had some stuff that played out in the game), and then let’s have some fun talking about Mahomes’ film beyond the stats sheet against Miami.
No time like the playoffs to do more, right? Let’s dive right in, we’ve got lots to cover and not enough… well, time!
